Dinner at La Vallata
We kook 4 nights out of 7 for you!
During the months of July and August this is on Saturday (arrival day), Monday, Wednesday and Friday (evening before departure).
During spring and autumn this may vary depending on the arrivals and departures of the guests.
In theory the planning is as follows*:
- Saturday: (arrival): Pizza-evening
- Monday: BBQ
- Wednesday: Chicken hunter style (no guns)
- Friday: Lasagna-evening
Theme evenings
The same for everyone! We try to take allergies, intolerance and vegetarians into account as much as possible.
Pizza
- During the pizza evening we bake different pizzas so that everyone can taste all the pizzas. We'll keep baking until you beg us to stop!
- Includes: starter, main course, dessert (ice, Tiramisu or fruit)

BBQ
- The by now highly sought after BBQ! Bruschetta's with fresh tomatoes, salad, rice salad, grilled vegetables, fries and 4 to 5 different types of meat...

Chicken hunter style

Chicken with a delicious sauce, prepared with love by Loredana. Together with the potatoes in the oven, it makes for a delicious and very popular dish!

Lasagna
- By now our BBQ is well known among our regulars and beyond. 4 to 5 different kinds of meat, bruschetta's with fresh tomatoes, rice salad, potatoes, salad...

When you arrive, you can immediately move into the apartments and settle in quietly. The apartments are available from 4pm and should be freed around 10am.
On the evenings when we are not cooking, we are available for urgent matters, any relevant information regarding tourism or other. You will of course have evening external lighting. We usually take advantage of these days to take a day trip. If you would like information about restaurants in the area, please let us know!
In order to be able to work with fresh products as much as possible, please let us know at the latest, at 10 am, whether you wish to participate in the theme evening of that day.
Lunch is not possible. We enjoy baking fresh real bread (not in a bread machine and with real natural flour), we like to know that the evening before.
- Breakfast between 8am and 10am (at the table at 9.30am at the latest!)
- We serve food between +-7pm to +-9pm depending on the chef and the temperature. If you wish to eat at a certain time or have the children eat earlier, please contact us.
- We serve drinks until 11 p.m. (the exception confirms the rule...)

During the months of July and August no breakfast is provided, but we do bake fresh "home baked" bread every morning and, depending on the day, breakfast cakes, waffles, pancakes, cake and "crostata" (jam cake) to order. In the village, barely 1 km away, you will also find an excellently equipped mini-supermarket with butcher's shop and fresh bread every morning (if you don't like ours), and 2 bars.
