**Important: during the months of July and August no breakfast is provided, but we do bake fresh "home baked" bread every morning and, depending on the day, breakfast cakes, waffles, pancakes, cake and "crostata" (jam cake) to order. In the village, barely 1 km away, you will also find a well-equipped mini-supermarket with butcher's shop and fresh bread every morning (if you don't like ours), and 2 bars.
*conditions: 30% deposit within 14 working days, balance due 2 weeks before arrival for spring and autumn, no later than 4 weeks for July and August.

-Sheets and towels (fresh sheets and towels once a week)
-water, gas, electricity, WiFi, equipped kitchen (apartments: private kitchen; rooms: shared kitchen), final cleaning.

-Extra set of sheets and towels: €8,00/set
– Special final cleaning for pets: €10/day or €50/week
Pets are only allowed in agreement with us and under certain conditions.
