Hungry? You can have dinner with us four times a week. You will also find several excellent restaurants nearby.
Extensive breakfast is included in spring and autumn, during the months of July and August no breakfast is provided, but we bake fresh bread and more every morning!

The range of tourist attractions is so wide that guests often have to return. Cultural cities such as Assisi, Perugia and Gubbio are just a 25-minute drive away, natural parks, Lake Trasimeno and much more.
Hikers can leave the car at home, the possibilities are endless from La Vallata.

A 6x12 swimming pool, a cozy pergola, a small playground, free WiFi, a friendly and cozy atmosphere, board games, a small library, these are just some of the aspects that ensure a carefree and pleasant holiday.
Own productions
Our own extra virgin olive oil: hand-picked, cold-pressed and pesticide-free, with an acidity of less than 0.02%. Table olives also come from our olive orchard. Our bees produce delicious 100% natural honey and the vegetables on the table usually come from our own vegetable garden.
Limoncello? Not from our own lemons, but really from Sorrento!
Umbria, an adventure!
For the adventurous people we have agreements with a number of operators who often offer something special: Zodiac on the lake Rafting, Canoeing, Canyoning, Vespa rental, Delta flying and even a balloon flight is possible.
Of course their are also numerous MTB and bicycle tracks and fabulous hikes.

La Vallata, Umbria, Italy!
La Vallata is located in the middle of the triangle Assisi - Perugia - Gubbio, the perfect base to visit the region. In the middle of the green hills of Umbria with a breathtaking panorama near the historic village of Fratticiola Selvatica.
In 2003 we renovated this traditional Umbrian house, mostly with our own hands, taking into account the local style: handmade terracotta floors, original wooden beams, handmade tiling in bathrooms and kitchens, stone facades, etc.
Here you can enjoy one of the spacious apartments or rooms, most with a terrace or veranda overlooking the green valley of the Alto Chiascio.
Enjoy the peace and quiet by the pool or one of the terraces, enjoy a little music, a book in the shade of the large pergola or simply do nothing: Il Dolce far Niente!

A day trip to one of the many cultural attractions, a hike in the area or one of the beautiful natural parks, renting an electric or normal bicycle for a trip around Lake Trasimeno or a Bike & Taste tour from Assisi to Spello with wine tasting with Tili, a Vespa rent for a day or longer: plenty of choice!
Every day starts with a delicious and extensive breakfast: home-made products or from local producers, real organic brown and white bread (fresh every morning), gingerbread and fresh eggs, and in the evening themed evenings, all prepared with love by Loredana & Tim.
